Welcome to Tanzania! After arrival Royal Tiger Tours & Safaris Ltd will take you to the hotel (Mzungu Safari Lodge close to Arusha NP) in Arusha giving you words of welcoming.
Our safari manager will come to meet you and to provide you with a safari briefing. A wonderful home.
Accommodation At Mzungu Safari Lodge B/BIn the morning after breakfast, we will drive to Arusha National Park for a full day game drive and some hiking activities in the park. In the evening we will drive back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay at Ambassador Hotel Arusha
Dinner and overnight at Ambassador HotelOur Tanzanian safari starts at 8:30 as we drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara with a picnic lunch en route. We enter the majestic Lake Manyara Game Park and embark on the first of the six Tanzanian safaris. This small park is sandwiched between the Rift Valley escarpment and the large sodiforous Lake Manyara. It is a pretty location, with a good range of game, including giraffe, elephant, baboon and the rarely seen tree-climbing lion. Overnight: Kizumba campsite
Accommodations will be at Kizumba campsite.We start the tour early with your bushman guide to meet a group of resident Hadzabe people. Enjoy the Hadzabe Tour walking into the bush with the only hunter-gatherers remaining in the East African region. The Hadzabe speak a click-based language and move their encampments with the seasonal movements of the wildlife. Your guide is a member of the group so he will explain to you about their customs and their way of life. You will get a chance to hunt, track wildlife, make fire and even take honey from bee’s nests with the hadzabe people.

After breakfast, continues with both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park. Remember this is the migration safari, so as Serengeti is very large as your game drives will depend on the move of the migrants, your guide knows very well how to locate the herds. The Serengeti National Park is famous for the ‘Great Migration’, over one million wildebeest and two hundred thousand plus zebras each year follow the rains. In October and November they travel from the mountains of the north, southwards to the plains seeking lush pastures. After the great rainy season in April, May, and June the herds then make their return ward journey. Even without this mass migration, the Serengeti is still an exciting and spectacular place that still cannot fail to enthrall.
After breakfast Early in the morning we will do game drive in Serengeti going to the northern Serengeti, on this day we will have chance to follow the migrations where will be in Serengeti, the animal migration at the Northern Serengeti. You can see wildebeests, zebras, topi hartebeests, elands, antelopes, hyenas, and various birds singing on the trees while viewing the beautiful landscape and nature. for dinner and overnight stay at Lobo campsite.
After having breakfast, you will experience a game drive following the animal migration at the Northern Serengeti. You can see wildebeests, zebras, topi hartebeests, elands, antelopes, hyenas, and various birds singing on the trees while viewing the beautiful landscape and nature.
Usually, in July , August and beginning of November, the migration reaches its northern range in which the herds cross the grasslands on either bank of the crocodile-infested Mara River twice, as they complete their migration. You will also be able to enjoy the sunset at Serengeti between 18:20 – 18:40 after the game drive before returning and staying overnight at Lobo Campsite.
After breakfast explore Northern Serengeti we will do game drive and heading to Lake Natron Via Kleins gate and enjoy its spectacular bird-life including colorful birds like bee-eaters, kingfishers and woodpeckers. But also try to spot eagles and vultures in the higher-lying canopies, it is situated at the base of Africa’s only active volcano, Oldoinyo Lengai, known as the “Mountain of God” to the local Maasai people. The area surrounding Lake Natron contains some of the most harsh and amazing scenery in Africa and is utterly breathtaking.
Together with your Guide, you will be accompanied by a local Maasai Guide and walk up to the Engero Sero Waterfalls. Winding up through the shady gorge you will reach a beautiful natural swimming pool surrounded by steep rock walls showered by cascading spring water where you will have the opportunity to swim
At approximately 11pm, you will be woken up with tea or coffee and a light snack before meeting your Mountain Guide and beginning your trek into the night.
Your climb will continue into the early hours of the morning before reaching the summit in time to witness the sun rise as it illuminates the Great Rift Valley below. The views are breathtaking. To the north you will see the salt flats of Lake Natron and in the distance, the Kenyan border. To the east you will see Mount Kilimanjaro and the Great Rift Valley and to the south stretches the Ngorongoro Highlands and Ngorongoro Crater.
Together with your Guide, you will explore the peak and enjoy a picnic breakfast before beginning your climb down the mountain where you will be welcomed back with lunch before returning to the campsite in Tarangire NP for your dinner and overnight stay.
Accommodations, will be at Panorama CampsiteWe will pick you upon your Arrival at Arusha airport at 8:40am we will pick you heading to Tarangire national park for marvelous game drive. Tarangire is the surprise package on the Northern circuit. Tarangire is surprisingly large, giving visitors the quietest game viewing environment of all the parks in the region. Elephants are the main attraction, with up to 3,000 in the park during the peak months. Peak season also sees good numbers of wildebeest and zebra as well as giraffe, buffalo, Thompson's gazelle, greater and lesser kudu, eland, leopard and cheetah. Later we take you to Arusha for your overnight stay BB and it will be end your tour with us.
Rise and shine in the morning after hot breakfast at Gateway Lodge we will take you to Kilimanjaro airport for your departure and it will be end of your tour with Royal Tiger Tours.
