Tour Plan

Day 1 Dar Es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve

Pick up from Dar es Salaam Airport to Hotel in Dar es Salaam, and drive down South of Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve for 5 to 6 hours. Get lunch, and depart for sunset boat safari along the great Rufiji River to spot hippos, crocodiles and birds, and enjoy the spectacular sundown. Dinner and night stay at the lodge out of the reserve.

Day 2 Game Drive - Selous Game Reserve

After early breakfast, depart for a full day game drive in the Selous Game Reserve. Experience the wild nature with animals, including elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, zebras and even the rare African wild dogs. Picnic lunch in the mid-day, later on, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 Transfer To Mikumi National Park From Selous Game Reserve

After morning breakfast, depart to Mikumi National Park with a picnic lunch to enjoy on your way. The drive shall take up to 8 hours. Arrive in the evening at a lodge out of the park for dinner and night stay.

Day 4 Game Drive - Mikumi National Park

Full day game drives around Mikumi National Park with picnic lunch. Later on, in the evening, go back to the lodge for dinner and night stay.

Day 5: Transfer From Mikumi National Park To Dar Es Salaam

After breakfast, drive to Dar es Salaam for a maximum of 6 hours for drop off at the Hotel or Airport.
